Turn left onto Oil Well Road and go .8 miles. Continue straight ahead onto Pipkin Road and go .7 miles. Turn left onto Deepwood Drive and go 400 feet. Turn right and continue on Deepwood Drive 300 feet. The home is on the left. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This living estate sale will be in the home of Dr. William “Bill” and Martha Stepp in one of northwest Jackson’s gated communities. The entry gate to the subdivision will open at 7:00 AM Saturday and at 12:00 PM Sunday. There will be a lot of fine furniture and many other items for sale.  There will also be a lot of fine clothing, purses, and shoes The beautiful home is also for sale and is listed with Peggy Graves at COLDWELL BANKER Real Estate Now in Jackson. It has approximately 6,000 sq. ft. heated. It has a view of a small lake in front and much larger lake in back.
